2. Salon Bookings, Consultations & Cancellations

• Appointments: Clients can book appointments online via our booking system or by contacting our team directly. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your appointment.
• Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or shortening your service duration to accommodate other scheduled clients.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to other waiting clients.
